I was sleeved the same day. I'm 20lbs down. Don't worry that is quite a bit of weight in 3 weeks. Plus if you count any pre surgery weight loss its much more. Remember we are very low calorie intake at this stage and our bodies are adjusting. ;)

I was sleeved a day later and I'm down 20. It's not really plausible to lose more than a pound a day (aka have a 3500 calorie deficit). That's some pretty tremendous weight loss so far and certainly at the top end of the bell curve in terms of progress.
