Pre Surgery headache

Hi All I am getting sleeved tomorrow and I woke up today with the worst worst headache:(

Any suggestions? My head hurts so bad I feel like I might throw up, Normally I would no Excedrin or alka selzer but doc said no:(

    You can't have an NSAID, but you should still be able to have Tylenol.
