    There are a couple things you can do. First make sure you are getting all you protein in! Second sometimes even if you are, you still shed hair. Everyone is diff! But use good shampoos for thinning hair and take biotin. It will pass. You can also use toppik to fill in areas that look thin on your head. It is hair fibers. its awesome! Hope this helps!
