Retraining my pouch

I am new here I had the sleeve done in 2012 and some things have happened and I have gained weight back seen a new dr about having the complete bypass done and they want me to retrain my pouch as well start everything to have it done so anything to help me would be great I have some back problems so I’m trying the gym too ty god bless

Well, did they put on you on the pouch reset? Also, are you tracking your calories and macros? I use the following Apps and fitness devices:

1) MyfitnessPal (I track my calories and macros (fat, carbs, protein))

2) Fitbit (I track my steps and exercise. You can link it to the MyfitnessPal)

3) Purchasing a food scale and smaller portion containers.

4) Try for interval workouts.

I hope this helps. I am sure I am missing some things.
