Baricol complete

So having tried several combinations of vitamins and minerals..... I've finally found Baricol Complete which I think covers everything we need.

They're not exactly delicious but I've tasted worse.

Does anyone see anything missing that I should be taking?

Unfortunally (spelling? haha) most dieticians do. It's all about the money in this business. I have'nt had my surgery yet, but when I've had it I will start to take another Swedish brand named Vita-Mi

Here in Sweden, where they're made, they're not so popular since they mainly contains sugar, sweeteners, and "fake" vitamins that the body really can't take so much nutrition from. And for that high price you can get better vitamins which your body can absorb. They're basicly just made by Swedens "wls experts" to milk money from wls patients.

I have'nt had my surgery yet, but when I've had it I will start to take another Swedish brand named Vita-Mine, cheaper but yet better with only pure types of vitamins that the body can absorb and no sugar added at all. Don't know if they ship internationelly yet though.
