My surgeon informed me today (post-op appt) that they used a 10cc band instead of the AP band. I'm so upset that I can hardly think straight. I haven't read much good about the 10cc band. I'm self-pay and want my AP band!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please do explain? I have an AP 10cc small band..........is yours some other band?

Well, I hurriedly went to the fills section of this forum and people were complaining like crazy that this 10cc band takes alot of fills to hit a sweet spot and sometimes filled to the rim is not enough. I had done so much research on the AP but was really trying to find some good about this one. I could appreciate some success stories.

My dr. told me that they have new and approved bands and from now on 10cc is the smallest that you can get....
