Options in CT

I am paying out of pocket and struggling to get information from the surgeon that was referred by my primary. I am prepared for a total cost of $30k, but no one seems to be able to tell me anything and the office has not made another appointment with the surgeon. I'm ready to give up. Any suggestions?
