  • i have carrot sticks and hummus or celery and natural peanut butter as a snack every day!

Where do you find lentil chips?

In New Zealand! You can stay at mine when you come over!

The brand is Wellaby’s...

Certain triscuits have protein than others I only can eat maybe three or 4 with hummus or any bean dip and I'm 10 months out .Bread is still a no go for me and if I do eat a tiny piece of Naan bread it is like the size of a triscut so I stay away from bread all together.Veggies are a source to go with hummus Pinterest also has tons of ideas for bariatric patients.
