VSG to RNY weight loss

I’m contemplating revision surgery from vsg to rny. After 6yrs I’ve regained all but 15lbs of my original weight loss from vsg due to bad eating habits over the past 2.5yrs. What if any has your weight loss experience been for revision to rny please? Thanks
