Great question! I haven’t thought about this because I don’t start taking mine until 2weeks post op. I’m only 7 days out.


Yes, I started mine on Friday and have to be on it for a total of 3 months. I have not noticed any side effects yet. So far it’s effective, as I don’t have gallstones.

I found a few reviews but There aren't very many..

I think maybe if it helps prevent gallbladder problems..it's definitely something I would take during the rapid weightloss period.

As long as the side effects weren' too bad.

Yes, it's only a few weeks, but in my program you start it 2 weeks out and take it for a year. No side effects so far. It's too early to say it's working, but based on the data my program has it does work

I started mine yesterday during my pre-op diet. Forgot to take the first one but took one last night and the only thing I really noticed was a tightening in my jaw. Not horrible, just odd and uncomfortable. Because of that I decided to stick with taking just one instead of two for now
