Protein shake powder

Honestly I think I have tried them all. Liquid shakes I can do like Atkins or premier but if it's powder even if I put it in the blender it won't stay down. I'm 15 months post op tomorrow. I can tolerate almost anything on plan now but those just don't work. Anyone else have this issue? It's not a flavor or taste thing it's the texture.

Have you tried adding a banana or avocado to the protein shake? I find they really add to the texture issue I have. Both seem to thicken and make it smoother.

I've tried everything even mixing Greek yogurt. It just doesn't stay.

I use isopure protein powder but I add spinach berries and fruit to make a nice morning shake or snack shake when needed.

you can get unflavored or a flavor you like to go along with whatever shakes you like to make.

Thanks. I mean I get my protein in just wish I could take the powder add the water at work or gym and shake. $ wise they are less expensive too. Was wondering if others had the same problem
