Enlightened Ice Cream Bar

I have recently found an ice cream bar that is loaded with protein (14 grams), low fat and only 3 grams of sugar. I've not seen any negative side effects when I've eaten them, but I was just wondering if anyone else had tried this brand and what thoughts they had. I almost feel like they are too good to be true!

And, the brand was?

In your excitement, you passed over the name.

The OP included the brand (Enlightened) in the topic's title.

I eat Enlightened Ice Cream bars as a treat, every once in a while. They're extremely addicting!!!

Addictive, perchance?

I've had them before I had my sleeve when we would do a low carb diet but not since my surgery . We liked the hot chocolate, chocolate mint and sea salt caramel flavors. I may try them again when it's part of my plan but not yet. I also got a Cuisinart ice cream maker for Christmas as I saw a lot of recipes on pinterest for high protein, low carb ice cream that are all natural with no preservatives so I'll be trying that in the future too. :)

I haven't had the ice cream *bars*, but I've had Enlightened Ice Cream. It's very good (so is Halo Top), but I can't have it around very often as I usually eat too much of it.
