Survived the holidays

Does anyone ever go back and do the pre surgical diet , just to jump start things ? I have been playing with the same 5 pounds for about 6 months now . I’m 16 months out and have lost 90 pounds . I have about another 15-20 pounds that I would like to lose.

Yeah ... at least three times in the ELEVEN WEEKS since surgery, I have had a day or two where I just went back to pre-op basics and lived on a couple of protein shakes and minimal other food for a bit.

I have a couple of boxes of Optifast shakes left here in the pantry. I might as well use them up, I think.

I had my sleeve July 2016 and have been thinking about getting my notebook out and starting on the pre op diet again. I am up 4 pounds and can't shake it since Thanksgiving. I lost 56 pounds and that was it but I was able to get off my insulin and all my diabetic meds.

I lost 0.4kg (14 ounces) at my weekly Monday noon weigh-in on Xmas Day (18th-25th Dec)

My big surprise was that by swimming 2 to 3 hours per day on 1000-1400 calories from 26th Dec to 1st Jan, I weighed in 1.7kg (3 pounds 12 ounces) less on New Years Day.

I am already down a further 2kg today Saturday. (about 4 pounds 6 ounces)

This is my best concentration in years and follows a birthday dinner for my brother-in-law last night.

A great plan.

Has serious success for most people.

Google the 5 day pouch reset or sleeve reset. I know several people who swear by it when they stall.
