New member surgery set for Valentine’s Day

I’m new to this but have my surgery date and appt dates for pre op classes. Excited to get this done. Weight went crazy after I got diabetes.

gained 100 lbs in a year and a half! Started dieting for the surgery 4 mo ago ,down 50 lbs from 485.looking to get down to 280-300lbs,and keep it there.

Congratulations and welcome!
You will do fine. This is a exciting journey. I am 8 months post op and am so happy. This is the best decision I have made for my health. No more meds!!!!
Just do everything you are suppose to do and things will turn out great!!!!
