Help me get back on track

I had surgery 10 months ago, lost 50 lbs and then haven’t lost any in 5 months but have maintained same weight. I am going thru marriage issues which had me not focused on me. I haven’t been exercising or anything and I need help to get back on the losing streak. Help anyone
