UTIs postop?

I had my first UTI (in about 10 years) about three months ago (finished abx course) and I’m getting one again. This one isn’t as bad and I’m on top of my fluids now. I might be able to get rid of it without antibiotics.

I don’t know why I’m getting another one. I was sick last week and I’ve been severely lacking in hydration, so not sure if not peeing as often has something to do with it. Anyone else experience this?
