Hey guys!

So I'm almost 3 months out and I've lost 40 pounds. But I can't seem to see the numbers drop anymore. How long do plateaus usually last I'm beginning to get discouraged.

Also, i am having a super hard time taking my vitamins. It hurts for them to go down and takes me forever to work myself up to it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Jes how are you? I have a pill crusher and I eat them
In 1/2 a teaspoon of organic honey. Only advice I have is get your water intake up, and hit your protein goals! I’m no expert tho I’m losing extremely slowly, I was sleeved 22nd August and lost 53 pounds in total, I’m also walking 3-4 ks a day and doing few weights etc.

Why not switch to chewables?
