Is anyone else a vegetarian going through this experience? I was sleeved about 5 weeks ago. I’m so nauseous and light headed all the time. I’m finding it impossible to reach 60 grams of protein a day. It’s like a choice between being dehydrated and eating or being hydrated and not eating.. I tried eating meat and it just disgusted me and made me feel worse. I just can’t go there, so I settled with some canned tuna and even that i found really difficult as i don’t like eating animal flesh whether they be land or sea. I’ve been doing 2 scoops of protein powder a day and recently stopped that as per docs instructions to try and get solids in. Anyone else in the same boat and/or managing to get their protein in?
