Sick after going back to work

Does anyone else work midnights? This is my first week back to work, and I'm getting sick (diarrhea) everyday. I'm eating the same stuff I was during the day, with the same frequency. I am getting both my water and protein in. I'm just wondering if it's my body adjusting to the drastically different schedule, or if it could be something else.

I worked night shift for years. It’s probably just an adjustment. Nights are hard on your body. Also, if you work in the hospital it’s stressful. It’ll even out with time.
