Post-Op must haves

Hello! My Gastric Bypass is set for Dec. 5th and i am looking for any post-op must haves. I know about the broth, s.f. jello/popsicles etc. Just wondering if anyone has any other suggestions/tips. Doesn't have to be food/drink related! Thank you very much[emoji16]

Dissolvable gas x strips

Learn to take tiny sips now. Your brain and mouth probably aren't used to this.

Protein powder or shakes, SF water flavoring

All the vitamins your team indicated.

Strong resolve. one day you will eat normal food, but for many weeks it will be a challenge to only be allowed fluids & soft foods.

And best of luck. I'm so happy I did this. I was 11/20/17.
