Stalled weight

Hello everyone,

I️m currently 7 weeks post op. (RNY)

SW: 311

CW: 279

I️ am so discouraged. My weight has stalled once again. I feel as if I should be losing more weight. I️ am stuck at 279-80 . Any ideas on how to get over this hump??

  • 32lbs in 7 weeks is much higher than average. (Average is probably 3 lbs a week which would be 21lbs). So you are doing great! Stalls happen, and the quicker you drop, the more often they happen.

Just keep on keeping on, and you'll get there!
