- Eating more one day and make liquid diet for three days .

- More walking.

- more fibers helps to go to the bathroom.

Up protein levels and lower carb levels

Up water intake.

Review food logs and see if anything changed

Eliminate any processed foods

Eliminate any alcohol if in regular intake.

Sleep/rest/add nap

Meditation or yoga to handle stress

Juice (veg) for a day.

I dont think going back on a liquid diet is necessary ( For me anyway) I just eat pure protein for a few days and BOOM im sorted.

Eating several times a day works for me too as usually i dont eat many times
