Are the only meds you cannot take together iron and calcium citrate? I'm taking a lot now and just gulp them down in the morning and then some in the afternoon. Then I space out 3 calcium chews with 3 meals.
What I take- sorry don't have all names on me
Iron w vitamin c
Bupropian
Thyroid Med
Gallstone prevention (2x)
Vit d
Women's daily vitamin
Biotin
Vit b ( shots every 6 weeks)
3 calcium chews a day
Just seems like a lot
Thoughts?
