Week 4 post op any food suggestions??

hi all i'm in my fourth week post op and i'm sick of cottage cheese and protein shake, any other nice recipes for this phase ?? and today i made something strange i melted low fat cheddar cheese in a pan and eat it with no problem is that wired ???

Have soups! They were my saving grace. I lived in NYC and they have a lot of great soup spots there that absolutely saved me. You can also cook and make your own. Poached eggs are great as well nice and soft and tuna salad. Mashed vegetables are good too, some cauliflower and carrot mash. Trust me you have a lot of options just have to be a little creative. What phase in your diet are you on ?

I'm in soft food phase and i tried to do so many recipes and end up throwing up and hate this kind of food that i used to like for example: i made eggplant with mushroom and cheese ,i made a flan with skimmed milk, egg and stevia as a sweetener those kind of my favorite when i do any diet before the surgery and now i can't stand them :wacko:
