Put the scale away for a week, then you'll see a change..

Take your measurements and use them to track changes. Also, make sure to try to make your fluid goals and protein goals. Your body needs both to lose weight.

I am 7 weeks post surgery and the scale has not moved in 2 weeks....HOWEVER, I now fit in 2 dresses that never fit before and I am feeling great! I think one of my problems is that Im not eating enough so found a great app called FatSecret and am recording all I eat in a day.

Drink water all day. I can get in 90 oz if I keep at it. You should be in the bathroom every couple of hours. I bet you will see the loss than!

I stalled for three solid weeks and tried everything- upping water, protein, calories etc and I think it just took time. But as long as you are following the plan, it will break! Hang in there!

Update: I got on the scale this morning. Down 3lbs!! The Stalls .....this too shall pass :)
