Surgery Date 10/5 - Started Pre Op Today

Saw the surgeon for the first time yesterday; he was very thorough and also straightforward, which I appreciated.

My surgery date is set for Thurs ay, 10/5. I have a workshop at 9 this morning and start on the pre op diet today as well. I'm not too anxious about the surgery, as in the scale of surgeries in my life, this one does not sound like a triple by pass or colectomy, lol.

Just hoping to do well & use this awesome tool to get metabolic issues under control.
