Oh, that's terrible! You probably going to have to put off surgery because your lungs aren't going to be able to handle the anesthesia. I am so sorry you're going through that, I know you look forward to the date that this comes about!

I had a urinary tract infection and sore throat 5 days before thw day of surgery. Some HUGE antibiotic taken faithfully along with plenty of rest and water. With my doc's permission I also took Echinacea as a precaution. I was good to go tbat Monday.
