Post up hunger

Sleeved on may 30th 2017. I now get these horrible intense hunger pains when i am hungry. Its nauseating and makes me get flushed and cold sweats. When I eat it doesn't take much and then I feel disgusting when I'm full. What am I doing wrong? Most people say they are never hungry now. I'm still hungry.. It just doesn't take as much to fill me up.

Definitely would mention this to your doctor. I'm wondering if you have had any issues with your blood sugar? Or, as Waler suggests, it may well be acid reflux--are you on meds for that?

Good luck figuring this out.

Agree that it could be reflux. I would definitely mention this to your doctor and don't delay or ignore it. Reflux can cause damage left untreated and is fairly easy to diagnose and treat. Good luck!

In the meantime, is there a way to space your meals out so you're eating the same amount, but in smaller quantities throughout the day?
