I'm a little over a month into my surgery and I just can't get comfortable enough with drinking water. Not just water but any liquids at all, I can eat and keep things down easily but liquids are a no go. I've been re-hospitalized for dehydration and I'm so terrified of feeling that sick again that I need to find a way to drink enough water. How do you guys do it? I know there are water enhancers and I plan on trying some but I am very sensitive now to artificially sweetened things and they all just taste like chemicals to me now. Soaking my water in fruit doesn't seem to do much either. I'm just at a loss and so scared. Maybe I'm over thinking it.
