Weight loss update

This was my screenshot from yesterday's weigh in. I just weighed again and dropped another .4lbs which now puts me in the 80lbs club. I have been in a much better place mentally, since I started working with my personal trainer 2-3 days a week. It's costly living life post-sleeve, but I don't mind because I feel so much better. It was touch and go in the beginning with feeling so different so fast. I needed time for my head to catch up with my body.

I'm sitting here now with my first cold/possible flu and definitely feel exhausted. I was up researching meds I'm allowed to have and resting. But, for thr first time I'm not worried about gaining weight because of being home bored bingeing on food. [emoji3]
