Dumping the next day?

I'm not sure what's going on this morning. I'm 2 weeks post op. I woke up this morning having to poop, a lot! Then I started dry heaving & then got a nose bleed.

Anyone experience anything like this?

    Thanks for the concern!
    I seem to be fine now. I guess it was just a one time thing.
    Dr. Didn't seem worried as long as I was still able to keep food & liquids down afterwards.
    Still not positive about what the cause was.
