Head Hunger

My surgery was June 26. I wasn't hungry at all for the few couple weeks or so, but the last week, at least, all I want to do is eat. After a few bites, I'm so full and miserable, but I "miss" eating, and though I'm full, I want more. I've tried sugar free popsicles....

I am losing, but hate this feeling.

Help?!!
