Plastics Reccomendations around KC area

Has anyone had any skin removal done by a Dr. in or around the KC area? Was any part of it covered by insurance? Were they willing to do any work while their main focus was something other than cosmetic? I.e. hernia on lower abdomen, but were willing to go ahead with TT while there.
