First time

Hello all! I am new to this and I hope I'm doing this right. However, I had my surgery in June @ Lenox hill hospital. My surgeon is awesome! Besides waking up feeling drowsy due to the anesthesia, I thought I didn't have the surgery because I felt fine. Moving forward, when I went back for my first week post op visit I lost 14 pounds. Before surgery I was 232, they didn't weigh me the day of surgery. The first two weeks in my opinion was very frustrating because I couldn't eat, and although I couldn't if I wanted to; but because I couldn't is what was annoying me. Now In total I lost 25 pounds. This surgery consumes me because I'm wondering am I doing it right? Why am I not coming down faster? I know the weight lost comes off gradually but I feel like I could be losing more. So I'm going to start working out and I recently joined kickboxing class. One thing I can say I learned from this surgery is how to eat and what not to eat. I'm happy I did it and don't regret it one bit! I just can't wait to really see the weight lost!
