Sure! From the left, that small container is vitamin samples ive gotten from support group meetings. Then in the next container in the middle I have individual packs of Quest protein in different flavors (since I didnt want to buy a big container till I knew what I liked), then a box of Nectar chocolate truffle protein powder, and a pack of Atkins mocha latte shake to go with my morning coffee instead of creamer. Last box on the right I habe some sample packs of protein powder handed out at group (chocolate and vanilla flavored Unjury and orange cream Bariatric Advantage), a container of chocolate protein flavor given to me by a friend not aure of the brand, 365 Everyday Value brand vanilla protein, large container of vanilla milkshake Quest protein powder, and a Pro-Stat Sugar Free medical protein.

And the day after I took this photo my two containers of Unjury arrived (one chicken soup flavored and one unflavored) so I have more. But I'm finally done prepping I think.
**oh and that first container with the vitamins also has Gas-X tabs that melt on your tongue**
