Post surgery sleeve question and advise

Hello all i am 3.5wks post op, June 29th and am finding I am getting extremely dizzy and lightheadedness . I am trying to balance out drinking and eating, but i notice that if i drink too much water or say lemonade not hungry, days i eat i cant drink...lol whats the balance!! What do i do? How do you do it? Thank you all in advance

do u have a way of checking your blood pressure? i was able to stop my blood pressure medication at that point and that helped. also i focused more on hydration/protein drinking vs eating. dizziness eventually passed. i agree it is hard to find the balance.


I was the same way the first 3-4 weeks always getting dizzy. I believe it was hydration because the more weeks passed the easy it was to drink water and it got better
