taking regular meds after surgery

I take about 20 pills and vitamins a day for various ailments. I haven't had surgery yet. I am wondering if I will still be able to take large pills just after surgery. I think everything I take can be broken in half. These are not due to co-morbitites and I will be on them for life.

      I was able to take huge pills like normal. Never had any issues, never cut them, never crushed them. Took them all normally. Within 36 hour post-op.
