Update and how is everyone else.

Been a while since I've been here. But I am nearly 4 months out I'm down 90 since surgery on april 6th and 126 overall. Some bowl movement problems. I'm hoping to be down the full 100 by next week. So I've got to push it a little.

That is incredible! Good for you @wcherry5901. I bet you are feeling so much better. I'm down 50 lbs, 42 since surgery. I have about 40 more to go and I noticed it is really slowing down compared to the first couple of months. The constipation sucks and I'm in the same boat as you most days.

How is your exercise?
