Abdominal discomfort

Hi. I'm 6 months out and having abdominal pain. No nausea or vomiting. I did overdue a few days ago. Could it take days to return to normal.? Should I try going back on liquids for a time?

    Yes if you overate it can take some time to move through your system especially if you have a blockage in bowels. Take some senna tablets and drink lots of water and stay away from solids until things move. Peppermint tea is also good to try. If that doesn't help after a day best to contact dr.
