Need liquid ideas

My doctor has me on a 2 week liquid diet before the surgery and 2 weeks after...I'm so sick of Jell-o and juices. I know my liver has to shrink does anyone know if I can have anything besides chicken and beef broths...Thanks

Kind of funny, this exact thing gets posted on a weekly basis.

Draining the broth out of brothy Soup (like chicken noodle soup campbell's) was really refreshing to me after heating up plain ol' chicken broth.

Try popsicles. The broth in ramen noodles. Pre-op I only had 3 days of liquid, and post-op I didn't want to eat AT ALL during my liquid phase anyway, so it wasn't too torturous for me. Hopefully post-op you'll be the same way, so it's just these 2 weeks to tough it out.

Keep your eye on the prize!

Oh, chew ice if you feel the need to chew.

I don't know if you can get it where you are, but here I can get vegetable and shrimp flavor bouillon cubes. Sure is a nice change from beef and chicken. I also made egg drop soup. That helped with the hunger. Actually, veggies can make a nice juice. I love beet juice and carrot juice. (If you have a juicer). I only had to do 2 days of liquids prior to surgery, and 10 days of liquids after, so I didn't quite have to endure the stretch that you are. Good luck!
