My personal suggestion would be something to keep your mind busy. Im assuming smoking is similar to other addictions (like food for me). Keeping your hands busy by knitting, crossword puzzle books, playing games on your phone etc. Stuff that would make smoking difficult. I know that helps curb my snack cravings. At the end of the day just be strong! You can do this and it will be so worth it!
