Hey everyone! I had VSG almost 4 months ago. My starting weight was 244 & my current weight is 180. I had a severe abdominal pain's, did an ultrasound and my surgeon wants to see me because he seen gallstones. I am dreading another surgery so soon but I knew this could be a possibility. Has anybody had to have their gallbladder removed after VSG?

I needed to have my gallbladder removed about 3 months after my sleeve for the same reason. I wasn't thrilled with having to go in for another surgery but the gallbladder was done outpatient and I felt like the recovery went better than when I had my sleeve. Good luck! Gallbladder pain is no fun!!
