Humana Caresource

Hi I'm new here. I've had 3 months of weigh ins. I'm not sure if I have to have 6 or 9. I've been told two separate things from my Insurance company and the bariatric coordinator. Does anyone here have Humana that knows how long the wait is? I'm in Ky if that matters. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone.
