Always on the go......

I am on my pre-op diet. But I feel I'm losing I never have time to prep my meals and I am always eating out. I always go for steamed vegetables and chicken. Can someone please make a menu for restaurants that we commonly use so that people like me can eat and stay on track!!!!

This procedure is pretty serious business. It will be changing your life. Pre-op diets not only prepare your liver for surgery but also prepares you for post-op eating. Planning meals is super important to success. It's time to slow down and make time for your meal plans.

As much as we believe we are "on the go" we really can carve those times we need. Think about what your willing to drop everything for now and transfer that same desire to planning.

Instead of going out to eat, drive to the grocery store and shop for the week. If you go to bed at 10 stop what your doing at 9 and prep three meals for the next day.

It really is all about making these healthy changes a priority.

Take care
