That is a difficult question to answer because everyone is so different and it depends on so many factors, such as your beginning weight, your activity, etc. I have learned it is best to just focus day to day on following your doctor and nutritionist instructions and not comparing your loss to others.

FTR - I did hit a stall at 4 months and I am still at the stall several weeks later but I know I am doing what I am supposed to be so I expect to get over that hump eventually.
