Intermittent Fasting?... I'm curious

Has anybody tried intermittent fasting since having gastric bypass or vsg. If so how is it. And are you getting in all your protein and vitamins for the day?... I want to try it but I'm nervous. I honestly don't think it will hurt me but I just want to know if anybody else has tried it.

Link didn't work for me. I'd be very interested too.

I tried it.... it didn't really work for me. I did 9 hr eating, 15hr fasting. I found I was eating all the time during my 8 hr window in order to get my proper macros in. I wasn't eating when hungry, I was eating when I wasn't full. I did it for about 3 months. I didn't really see a change on the scale
