Vomiting

I'm six months pot op, gastric by-pass.. e verything going well except something weird the past 5 days... when eating dinner about half way through I am getting what I believe to be indigestion. I take an antacid & then I vomit my dinner! Very strange, I do not feel sick, no new food.. had anyone experienced this??

I vomit if I eat too fast or little too much. Dr told me it was normal BUT since I know why, he said to correct!! Change your dinner to lunch, it might help.

You may be eating too fast or too much at a time. Try taking smaller bites and waiting a full minute in between and see if it helps. You may just be overriding your signal to stop. I'm kind of jealous. I can't throw up. If I go too far or get sick, I just sit there dry heaving but I can't physically throw up. [emoji53]

Does it ever happen earlier in the day or just at dinner? I have noticed that I get fuller faster as I go throughout the day. Like at breakfast I can eat more but by dinner I can't eat nearly as much. So yeah, maybe just eating to much or to fast. I'd call your Dr if it keeps up though just to be safe.
