Anyone from the UK?

Hi guys

I have my consultation on Monday and my dietician on 30 May then surgery for Bypass on 13 June.

I have been sent a lot of information to read but I wondered whether you can give me any advice.

I have received information about the diet before the surgery but I wondered what people opted for in terms of what plan to follow - meal replacements or followed the meal plans?

If you followed meal replacement what shakes did you have and are these what you continued having after? What's best and where to buy them from?

Same question for after surgery - what protein shakes did you get and from where?

Did you also take any vitamins if so which ones?

Will all this be explained in my consultation with my dietician and will they give me any recommendations?

What does the initial consultation with the surgery entail ? You you have tests done or do they just talk you through the procedure ?

Any further information would be greatly appreciated xxx
