Pain after eating

HI everyone I am 7 months post op and am doing pretty well but yesterday I was at my sons baseball game and it ended late. I don't normally eat that late but I hadn't eaten anything so I decided to have a protein bar at about 10:00 pm. Well about 20 minutes after I ate that I started having severe stomach and chest pain and it lasted a couple hours. Now I have had stomach aches before but nothing like this it was so painful. Have any of you experienced anything like this before.

How are you feeling this morning?

Could have happened for a variety of reasons:

1. Eating too fast

2. Eating too big a bite

3. Not chewing up the protein bar enough

4. Dumping
