Travel Food

I'm going to be visiting the beach 4 weeks after surgery. I know I'll be coming out of the purée stage and I was trying to think of items that would travel well and fulfill my nutritional needs. I thought about some of those squeeze baby / toddler food items... anything else y'all might recommend?

I'm also going to bring protein oatmeal, but I hoped for some ideas for stuff I could toss in my beach bag so I didn't have to locate a microwave on the shore or run back to our room.

Thanks!!
